did i FRY my Rob Tune ECU?

I have recently completed my EJ22T swap into my 93 legacy wagon and I have put about 200 miles on the car. I have a Rob tune ECU with the 4 to 2 converter. wow I love to drive this thing. A week ago the air fuel ratio was becoming increasingly inconsistent and running rich. I put the grey top injectors in during the swap and thought I had the fitting wrong or a o ring went for the reason for the AFR's being weird. I pulled the injectors and checked the o rings (I used the method from this site for fitting the injectors on the turbo fuel rails). Then turned the car on and it was running very rich the afr just flashed 20. Turned the car off and checked the injectors again and tried to start the car but it just turned over and didn't start. I went through the entire no start process twice checked the continuity of all the wires needed for the 4 to 2 ignition and the ecu swap.
This is what I found:
1. the check engine light does not come on when the key is in the on position
2. I can't get the black or green D check wires to show a engine code or run through the relays
3. the fuel pump does not come on, but I can make the fuel pump work by grounding the pin at the ecu for the relay
4. no spark
5. 11.5 volts to the ecu at the positive connections
6. low to no resistance on the grounding pin outs at the ecu
7. power to the coil
I am at a loss. this is either a coincidence with me pulling the injectors and the no start for the engine or I did something while I pulled and put them back in.
Is there a way to see if the ecu got fried?
