So ever sense I first bought my '93, the factory head unit have been fussy (just old, it is 22 YO after all) and now it's finally dead. So I'm replacing it, and doing it my self.

Which harness do I need:

Or

Because I've read that the 2nd one works, but my factor head has 2 connections.

And for a dash kit, would this work?

Or would you just recommend I use the existing metal radio rails?

Hi,
bought these two item from Amazon for my 1993 SS:

- Scosche Harness

- Scosche Antenna (you'll likely need it to extend the stock one).

FWIW, I installed a single DIN Pioneer DEH-X6500BT in the stock metal bracket.

And, just get the DIN 'pocket' that'll fit underneath. Either buy one off here or get one from you local PullNSave. It fits the same metal bracket as the stock HU.
