Once I started sanding, I saw a couple things I do not like


The fenders on my car now would probably be easier to fix than this mess.
I also realized halfway thru priming the hood that my uneven sanding would not be covered up no matter how many coats of primer I apply.

Lesson of the day: I am no body work expert

Oh Geez, that sucks. Have you tried having carparts.com ship you a used fender?

Most of them want what I would pay for a new one on Amazon.

So are you holding out for Amazon, or are you gonna fix this further?

More than likely just gonna wait until I can get two new fenders on Amazon. Do you think it's worth it to fix? I just have a small Apple sized dent in my LH fender on the car now, the one from the junkyard looked better until I sanded her down.
