Mysterious Horn Issue

Woke up this morning at 7am to my horn continuously going off... not impressed. I went into the garage and disconnected my battery and went back to bed. So I got up at 7:30 and went out to the car to check out the situation. I put the battery terminal back on and instant screaming, so I took the terminal off and went inside to find the fuse box layout (my interior fuse panel cover is missing). And I was overjoyed to discover that the horn fuse and the brake light fuse are the same... WTF Subaru??? So... I just unplugged the horns, thankfully they're very easy to access.
Has anyone else ever had this problem or even anything remotely similar haha?
Worst case scenario is I rewire the horn circuit, but that seems like overkill. I'm not sure what even triggering the horn to go off yet, its not the button on the wheel (i have an aftermarket wheel, I ripped the center out in my sleepy haze and that didn't stop it).
I have access to online wiring for most vehicles so fingers crossed I can pull up the whole circuit to see where it may be triggering it. But I'm not too optimistic.
Also the weirdest part is that it happened at 7 am. 8 hours after the car had last been touched and there is absolutely nothing wireless in the car except a blue tooth radio (obv. not the problem.).
