06/07 tmic vs slanty
i finally got around to putting on my 06-07 tmic and its like night and day. dont know if the slanty was leaking but the car is more responsive and the spool sound is more present. is this normal between the to styles?

Yeah i noticed the responsiveness increase as well. The black plastic accordion hose on the slanty kills the flow. So the 06/07 floes better and intercools better. Win win! Now if i could just keep the coolant tankn in the stock location...

I'm not sure what turbo you have, but a td04 or similar should be fine on the stock injectors, ecu etc, at just under boost cut.

Yeah, the newer TMICs totally rape the older ones. Its a shame we cant readily fit the STI TMIC, that thing is a beast.
