So the Trans went out on my wife's 98 gt sedan.

Without any warning at all. Fluids fine, moved it to park it in our driveway for the night and the diff was clunking. She drove it all day nothing happened to give her any concern.

Pretty nasty whining noise going forward, clunking in reverse, and you have to Rev it a lot to get it to move in reverse.

4eat.

Car was solid until this happened...

Smh....

I should have put this in the drive train section, sorry. Maybe Josh or Mike can move it for me.

Sorry to hear about that. Wish we were closer, had to uh, toss my auto away when I moved to the new rental.

I have a 390 4eat and diff. I'm just tired of transmission jobs...
