ej20g help

Post by 90gt »

Hello everyone, i just picked up a 90 legacy with the ej20g engine in it, it is in need of injectors, im looking at some online but the guy isnt sure if they will fit my car, so before i order them, do i need the 440cc greytop side feed injectors or he mentioned a red top side feed version?

Thank You,
Nick.

I didn't want to keep making posts, so i figured i would just reuse this post for my questions, hopefully that is alright.

I am missing a few bolts for the intercooler and the reservoir. they are circled in red in the picture. Does anyone know the thread pitch and size of said bolts i could order from lordco? or a vehicle that i could take them from in a wreckers? i imagine the reservoir bolts are the same for all legacies, its the intercooler bolts that i am mostly wondering about.

Thank You,
Nick.

The resivior one are the standard 10mm head one that almost all imports use. Just find some off a wrecked one with the right length and your good. The intercooler might be a 12mm head bolt, but with out seeing it I couldn't tell. But looks like a long 10mm bolt like off an air box or something. They usually have a bigger washer but, trial and error buddy, you'll get it
