I have a narrow band gauge in my car when I went to work today my car was stumbling and it stalled at a stop sign. When I restarted it I had to hold the throttle to the floor before it would restart and noticed that the gauge was showing it was rich and would was not moving off of the rich light is this a sign that my o2 sensor has failed?

could be a few things! Id suspect maf or oxygen sensor, and possibly coolant temp sensor

try unplugging the O2 sensor. the ECU will default the signal into a rich mode, somewhere around 15:1 . If it changes substantially then you are probably on the right track.
