Missing on a cylinder during moist weather.

So I have had this intermittent issue with my car missing when the weather gets a lot of moisture in the air. Many time it would clear up and run fine.

It seems it might be something electrical because I would be missing and limping along, particularly under a load, Ie, when first getting rolling or when trying to pass a car. I would idle fine then miss a few times but usually at speed it would run fine. It starts up fine but then it starts missing. Last time I had this issue I changed the plugs and it resolved the issue, looked like the two front cylinders were running more rich. I was thinking maybe the coil pack is my issue. Does the coil pack ground to the plate it is bolted to? If so there may be dirt and moisture under there, the car has been extensively driven on dirt roads. Now after limping it home with intermittent missing it runs normal with good power. could it also be a crank or cam sensor?
The car does leak oil, about 1.5 quart per oil change, looks like probably the front and rear mains and a valve cover are leaking, have not pulled apart the time cover to confirm.

any pointers?

thanks

Use a spray bottle filled with water. While the engine is running spray the ignition coil and high tension leads. Watch and listen for arcing. replace the necessary parts. :D then enjoy the car again.

The coil pack does not ground through its mounting bolts.

Canadianbc5ra has a good suggestion about using a spray bottle with water. The spark plug wires or coil pack could be to blame.
