Brand new in box with harness and installation instructions.
Bought this year's ago and never installed it. I believe it's from an outback but you can research that for yourself. Subarugenuineparts.com lists this at $153
The part number on the instructions is wrong. The Part number is h7150fj000 on the mirror itself.
