Loud screeching after oil change and Ecu reset

Help!!!
New to the thread under extremely unfortunate circumstances.
I was an idiot and did an ecu reset after a scheduled oil change to see "what would happen"
The car now makes a hellish squeeling noise after i start it.
Sounds like either starter is stuck, or the timing belt jumped(i dunno just making an assumption after watching youtube videos).
This was my first oil change after purchasing it, and this is the first problem she is throwing at me.
Anyone have any ideas where to start?
The car is 93 legacy turbo with 2.2
242,000m
Td04
Walbro255
Minor suspension mods

Where's the alternator belt? Is it possible broken and causing all that noise?

Alterbator belt is in place and good condition, ac belt is removed for more power/ dont need it.
The noise sounds closer to the flywheel as far as location in the engine.

Its not your normal belt squeal noise upon starting it. Its metal on metal squealing. It sounds like pistons not getting oil(unlikely?) but thats about the only thing i have as far as a sound comparison goes. Its not belt related its got to be internals(hopefully not). The youtube clip is not my vehicle but the only video i found which is close to the noise my poor leggy is making.

The alternator belt is definitely missing in your vid.

Ill pull timing belt tomorrow and let you all know, i pulled a corner off to check tension, the timing belt is still tight.
I just dont get what would make this problem arise from doing an oil change and pulling the battery for 10 mins?

It would still have tension I had an idler bearing blow apart on mine and it still had tension. As for the the oil change and battery I believe that its just a coincidence, every time I fix one thing 3 more things break.

Update.
Turns out the starter wont disengage,
The timing is alright, no idler pulleys.
The noise is the star not disengaging

The video is NOT of his car....just a video he found on youtube with a similar noise. Or so that's what I believe.
