Legacy 2.2L cranks but no start

Hello fellas. I'm working on a 93 legacy. Its been a few years since the car ran. But I drove it where i had parked it. Engine kept overheating. But got a good used engine and assembled it in the car. Ive checked all the simple stuff. Just installed a new timing belt. All connections look good.
She will crank but not start. The weird is no check engine light apon start up. So I connected the green check connection and my sensors are not going crazy like normal. Also checked fuel line and found no pressure. Checked the fuse panel wires. All look good.
So my question is do you think my ecu is toasted?
any help is appreciated
