hi, i have the 90 elbow that is in shambles on my touring wagon. i am seeking a coffee cup mod that someone might have and not be using due to a different set up. i don't have a welder so i cannot make one. any help would be appreciated. i am in portland, OR.

You are going to have to make one. I don't think there ever was a commercial coffee can available.

However, I found a 3" x 2.5" adapter that is perfect for making one. Mine is a Nickson Exhaust adapter Part number 17571. You can find them at a lot of places: https://www.autozone.com/emission-contr ... d=10723967

You can then by some fittings at Home depot, drill some holes and JB weld them in.

Oh, so it's just a 3 in. to 2.5 in. adapter? That's super easy to find! Any idea how long it needs to be, off the top of your head?

The one I linked is the perfect size and needs no trimming to fit. At least it didn't when I did a test fit. I haven't gotten around to installing mine yet.

I can measure mine and let you know the length if you can't find the dimensions of the one I linked.

The coffee cup mod will not fix the 90 degree elbow problem. If it's bad you will need a new one. The coffee cup mod just replaces the resonator that is in the intake between the maf and the 90 degree elbow. Measure the length of the resonator to get the length you will need.

Unfortunately if your 90* elbow is bad there is nowhere to find one. Maybe Canada. US stock is depleted. Good news is you could build one from parts from siliconeintakes.com. You can buy a 90* elbow and a reducer, then add some ports.
