Just finished installing my new clutch (Exedy Stage 1 Organic Disc) and new flywheel (Competition clutch lightweight flywheel) and with the clutch pedal fully depressed, trying to start in gear, it lurches forward as if there's no clutch engagement, and if you start in neutral and try to shift into gear it doesn't want to. We bled the slave, and no change. Tried using a wrx slave and no change either. Any ideas on what could be the culprit? This is in a 93 touring wagon with 5spd swap.

Did you end up figuring out what the problem was, if so do you mind updating your post so others with similar issues in the future have that information.
