Hey guys I have 91 legacy wagon LS trim. Brakes are getting pretty low and I just wanted to upgrade the pads mainly. Maybe bran new rotors depending on price. What would most of you guys personally put on your car? I'm not sure as what to choose. I really want my good brake feeling back again. Please help?

I also think my shoes are getting old and starting to stick. Because when I wash the car and spray the wheels off, once I start driving my brakes seem to come on a lot quicker than when the car is dry. Should I change my shoes as well or at least lube up the piston inside?

Centric premium rotors are pretty good and cheap. I'd offer to get you a quote but amazon and rockauto can probably beat my prices. And then the centric posi-quiet or stoptech street pads would be fine.
And then give it a good fluid flush/brake bleed while you're at it. I like to open the bleeders when I compress the pistons back in so that the fluid in the caliper get pumped out instead of going back up the lines.
