Ej20k swap with the 550 robtune

Hey y’all, so I recently just got done with my 20k swap but I’m having some issues with it running. It has the robtune 550 in it with all the original wiring done by rob as it was the very first car to ever get one. Some of you might have seen this car in the past
First off, I’m have codes for the map sensor, throttle sensor and coolant temp sensor.
When the key is in the ON position the fans are always running at high speed and the temp gauge in the cluster reaches the top like its over heating. It has all new timing components along with an OEM water pump and thermostat. It also has a brand new mishimoto radiator along with the stock fans.
Also, the only way to start the car is when I reverse my plug wires... so cylinders 1&3 are backwards and 2&4 are backwards.. if I try and plug them into their correct ports on the coil pack the car will not start but only pop and sputter.
The timing is dead nuts and at this point I’ve ran out of ideas and hoping some of y’all can chime in.
