H&R Springs

Hello all,
I a newbie here on this board and I have a question. Why else would I be posting...right? Anyway, I'm getting ready to buy a set of H&R Springs and I need to know how much will they lower my car? I want it lowered but I dont want it too low. As long as the fenders doesn't cover the top of the wheels, I'll be good. If it does, than that's not what I want and therefore won't buy the springs. I don't want my car to look as if Paul Bunyon used it for a scateboard. Anyone who has these installed or has seen them installed on a 90-94 Legacy, please respond.
