I wanted to post something in viewtopic.php?t=163 showing colors. I know how to create the script but cannot enable HTML!!! Can someone help?

Check this out for an example (font size must be large so that you see enough for the color)

I could create one for every color, perhaps for the faq?

Dave has HTML turned off.

Without it turned on, you can't really do it.

Why is it turned off? If tags are automatically closed at the end of your message how could you effect the entire forum?

It's turned off for security, allowing people to insert HTML can cause all kinds of nasty things to happen. I know this crowd is extremely well behaved, but that's how it is.

Anything you have for the FAQ is much appreciated, and let me know if you need anything hosted.

Is it possible to only allow certain tags? For example disable everything except FONT IMG and A HREF?
