Looking for more fuel, what's out there for high flow pumps, hopefully direct fit and not too expensive?

Call Adam at z1 performance. I think he might be able to get a hold of them. Also, do a google search for Walbro 255lph fuel pump, I'm sure you can find something . . .

Also, try e-mailing these guys about their wrx pump and application to a turbo legacy: http://www.gruppe-s.com/

Does anyone know whether the Walbro 255lph for the WRX will fit? The stock fuel pump part #'s seem to be the same, and the WRX pumps are pretty cheap on ebay.

i have a holly 255l/hr fuel pump designed for turbo Talons. (that's all i had found on that friday afternoon...)

it fits quite well, almost 100% fit ... just need a tie-wrap to attach it to the metal bracket.

hmmmm... interesting, so are these pumps pretty much universal? Are the electrical connections pretty simple, or is there a harness, I've never changed a Legacy pump yet...

i dont know for the Walbro ones, but my holly for eclipse/talon was a bit smaller that the stock one. Fuel intake and filter was pretty much the same, except that on legacy the filter is attached to the pump with a 45° bent plastic connector, and the talon one was with a 90° bent plastic connector. But the intake was still bellow the max travel of the ... humm... "flotteur" : "the thing that stays over the level of gaz to indicate if the tank is empty or not... the thing that don't sink... float ? floatter ? :) arrg ) .

For the connector, i'ts a simple + - connector. may require some simple custom fitting but no big deal :)

Pumps seems to be very Similar from brand to brand. My friend who has a v2 STI engine runs with a Dodge Viper fuel pump. Another one has a RX7 TT pump...
