legacycentral bbs

My A/C won't switch to the upper vents. It blows out at my feet and
won't switch up to the dashboard vents like it used to. Tapping on
the dash a little used to make it switch, but this no longer works.
Anyone ever have this problem? Is it electrical or is it just dirty
and sticky in there? Or is this a question for another group?

If tapping on the dash made it open, then it sounds like the
ventilation ducts and whatnot are probably dirty and don't want to
move around right.
