Goodluck with the swap!!

I've seen pictures of a BC legacy with a 3.3L AND a supercharger . . . I think it was an old JC Sports project, but I'm not sure . . . Now that would be some SICK power!!

I'll stick with my venerable EJ22T . . . there's something about a turbo spooling that just . . . just . . . it's magic

You could always turbo the 3.3L . . . I know I've seen a kit for it somewhere . . .

Did you guys see the new subaru concept car? h6 3.0 twin turbo. The car is pretty ugly though.

Sweet dohc H6 3.3 liters 230 Horsepower Torque 224-228

now if you had the legacy turbo sadan would that turbo fit onto the SVX enigine?? if so wouldnt that give it a screaming 260 Horsepower?? then take off the speed limiter off the ECU. Any other Ecu updrages for this idea??

The RBH52 (legacy turbo) is WAAAAY too small for the 3.3L engine. You'd need something at least the size of a t3/t4.

that site loads WAAAAY too slow. ARGH!

Yeah, the plan calls for twin 14b's or 16Gs from mitsubishi with a pretty little intercooler. ;)

lots of custom work. lots of speeding tickets. hehehehe...

It can be done we installed one in a Legacy wagon and then supercharged it. The car was really fast but seeing that it was a twin rotor type supercharger it also was loud, very loud. And that type of supercharger is very hard to control. It does end up being a pretty involved installation but I am thinking of contacting the owner because the last I heard he wanted to sell it. We soon will have a centrifugal supercharger that will be quiet and fairly easy to control and I am thinking about it.

correct me if im wrong but i thought the SVX engine could only take about 4-5 psi of boost without major rebuilds? if so do you really need anything like twin 16gs? or are you planning on rebuildin the engine to hold more boost?

The people that can only get 5 psi outta that engine don't want to build as good of an engine as i do. Hell, they dont even use an aftermarket ECU or intercoolers!! Those alone will bring it up to 10. very simple.

I've got my plans for the engine and heads and whatnot, but i don't wanna share all of them - i don't want anyone with more money to steal my idea on top of i don't want to say i'm going to do something then not do it..

We'll just see how it goes and hope i still have enough $$ to drive it around after i'm done. :D :D

Goodluck, with gas prices as high as they are right now . . . I'm feeling the hurt and I get 20mpg, 17mpg if I'm in traffic or get on it alot
