psi. to hp. conversion???

is there any such conversion for psi to hp? if not any general rule
of thumb, i.e. 20psi. = 2hp?

i posted this question earlier but it didn't seem to show up so i'm

psi. to hp. conversion???

Nope. It doesn't matter how much PSI you have, it's a matter of how many
cubic feet of air a minute (CFM) your flowing. You can push a small turbo to
it's limits at 18 psi, but it still may not flow as much as as a larger
turbo pushing 10 psi. that larger turbo, flowing more air at a lower psi,
will generate more HP.

you can't convert psi into hp.

Lb per sq inch is a unit of pressure

Hp is a unit of energy transfer rate
