Anyone running one of these. I saw some on Scoobytuner.com, with and without cats. Can we get away without a cat and still pass emissions?????

Mike, I was looking all over the web site Scoobytuner.com And I couldn't find the downpipe. Where did you find it? I would like to take a look at it. I'm sure if you don't have a Cat your emmissions will change. As far as passing there are alot of varibles on Emissions control. IF you are worried about passing just make it so that you can bolt on a cat before you have it tested.
