Hmmm!
Looks like I'm gg to have to think this one over before I decide. I came real
close to selling my car because of my wrists! Yes, I broke BOTH of my WRISTS
at the SAME time Jason!! Although one of the breaks wasn't detected the first
time but found 2 weeks later. I had casts on for 10 weeks and the Legacy was
parked for 5mths. It took months after that before I started to use 5th gear
which was a strain on my wrists so I'd just cruise in 4th. All of this on gg
pain was caused by one game of basketball!!! I got undercut in mid-air and
landed backwards hands first.

Fred (to short-shift or not to short-shift?)

I have another friend who had it installed on her Impreza. She had wrist
problems with it at first; but after a month, there wasn't a problem.

I like it because the throw is cut to about half. MUCH quicker. anyone who
likes driving a manual must have a short-throw shifter as far as i'm
concerned. :) By the way, the old part number ends in "000" the new ones
ends in "001". There is no real difference between the two kits.

How the heck did you break both of your wrists? Was it at the same time?

-Jason
