how long does my car (legacy GT 93) have too be off to reset the standard ECU?, and will turning the car off
normally count or do you need to disconnet the battery?

any info will be of help

Tim-Unhook the battery (neg. cable) for an hour or so. Then, reinstall, fire the engine & leave at an idle for about 10 mins. (do NOT rev the engine!) The ECU should then be reset. Sometimes you`ll get a brief "check eng." light, but that should`nt be a problem. It should`nt be on long enough to even set a hard code. Have fun!---ROD (AZ.)
