turbo designation for Nue/Sean John

Anyone know specifically what model turbo is in the 91
legacy turbo?

The designations I see given most often are IHI RHB 52, and IHI IIP15-40

Hi Larry, I have the original Turbo manual from Ishikawajima-Harima
Heavy Industries and it says the model is RHB 5 VF11 I think VF10 is
the number for the European Legacy turbo.

This is True european ones are VF10, my Friend is selling one if anyone is interested, just been rebuilt by Turbo Dynamics

what's the differences between the us spec vf11 and the euro vf10?
i'm assuming the vf10 is bigger correct? how much so?

Yes the VF10 is bigger than the VF11, I doubt by much though, and on
Japanese domestic market models 5-speed RS Legacies came with VF8
which is bigger still, whilst auto GT's came with VF10's

If anyone is interested my pal has one of thease for sale .which has just
been rebuilt by turbo dynamics here in the UK [he totalled his car] and has
a set of Four pot Sti calipers as well

Not sure if my previous email about this went through....so here it is again

How much would he want for the 4pot calipers? Any idea what shipping would cost across the pond? What size wheel do you need to clear the caliper, also what size rotor is needed with these calipers? Will the rest of the braking system accomodate the larger calipers/pistons, etc?
