Coolant leak

I need some help diagnosing something
I have a 91 auto turbo sedan with 133,000 miles. Every
morning before work I start the car and let it warm up
for about 3-5min depending on how cold it is outside.
When looking under my car I can see a puddle of fresh
coolant on the pavement and dripping (also smoke from
the coolant burning up somewhere) As much as I can
tell its dripping off of the oil filter.
It only seems to drip for the first 10 min of the car
being on. If I drive around for 15 and park it It wont
lose any coolant at all. And it only seems to lose
coolant if it sits for 5 hours or more.
This has been going on since late December when I came
back from vacation ( the car was untouched for a week
in freezing temperatures)
So far all that I have replaced in the affected area
would be the water pump and timing belt about 3 weeks
ago. I’m still unable to pinpoint where it’s coming
from but I’m just about to order all of the coolant
hoses and replace them all. Unless someone can shoot
out some ideas at what it can be.
Thanks
John
