How to disable clutch switch

Why would you want to do that? Do you want to make it possible to
start the car when it's in gear? That switch is a device to help you
from accidentally damaging the car... why would you want to disable
that capability?

How to disable clutch switch

In Asia, Europe, all M/T equipped cars don't have this feature. It
is solely for Americans because I guess Americans don't have to pass
a separate driving exam with M/T car in order to drive one. I have
enjoyed the privilege of not having to step on the clutch to start my
Acura 88 Integra. All you have to do is shake the shifter before
cranking. I like it this way because sometimes I sleep on the
passenger seat and would like to turn the car on and off with AC;
also it makes it easier while working outside of the car in a tight
garage, I just have to reach in and crank. I have heard a lot of
people disable this to install autostart and for their convenience.
I have never hit the wall with my 88 Integra while cranking. Even if
it is in gear and you start it the car won't go forward too much.
