Oh yeah vrg3, I had all the trim off to test some other things, including the speed selector switch itself, but you're right I don't think it helped in getting to the relay, it might have given my a better view of where it was, but now that it's all back together I don't remeber for sure. It sucks g...

All right, everything's good and just in time for the first bit of snow here. If it will help anyone else to know what I did to get to that blower relay, here it goes. It wasn' that bad actually. Unbolting the Fuse panel is by far the most important step. Except for maybe having the trim under the s...

So Cold... Heater help
Well, I'm in Minnesota and it's starting to get cold, and of course my heater blower decides it's time to pass on to the big junkyard in the sky. So I replaced it. It's still not working. I've read through the threads and if it was the blower motor resistor I would at least be getting "high&quo...

It's been about 2 years for the clutch, so it might be ready. GGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH   :evi...

What is EJ22E?
I did some searching before I asked so I don't repeat a question already covered, but everything seems to be EJ22G or T. Is this Japanese market or something? Did Japan even use the 2.2 on their Legacy's/Liberty's? I know the RS is 2.0, but what about the NA? I saw an EJ22E for sale at CNS Motors an...

So I just had the shop do it for me since I thought I wouldn't be able to do the water pump myself. It cost $456. Funny thing though. I hear a howling noise that I never heard before. I passed it off as just something that was normal since I hear the stereo or ac or fan or whatever over everything e...

I was driving around Bemidji looking at all the sweet cars in my 91 Legacy, cuz I live in Bemidji. Its so sweet because this was the first year I wasn't at work and I loved going to the Parc event and walking around the Tech school where they were testing them. I didn't get to see any of the actuall...

Timing Belt Help: Please Help, Now what's that noise?
Hello everybody. I have that same problem as guidom12345, my car wouldn't start and they place I towed it to said it was the timing belt. I thought for sure, fuel pump, or something. Anyhow, they said $450 for changing the timing belt and the water pump. Does this seem high to anyone? Because I thou...

SVX rims on BF
Has anyone ever seen a Legacy with SVX wheels? Does anyone know any reason why not to do this, aside from personal dislike fo the SVX wheels? Such as, the fact that SVX's tend to have bearing problems, which is possible that it is due to the SVX wheels' offsets. Does anyone happen to know exactly wh...

MY 97-99 Impreza bumper on 91 Legacy?
Does anyone else think this might work? They look similar and both are flat under the headlights. If they are the same width, it would only take some cutting to fit into the fenders on the Legacy. Is anyone able to take some measurements to find out how close or unclose they are? I don't know anybod...

OE WRX exhaust on NA Legacy
Beautiful. Hopefully I'll get pics soon. I started with stock Legacy muffler and went to a Magnaflow Turbo something or other and it sounded sweet but after about a year I decided I wanted something more stock and quieter. The WRX muffler on the Legacy is awesome. I have a short ram and a K and N co...

Wheel Offset
I know this has been discussed before but I couldn't find the thread. Anyway my question is... I found wheels that have an offset of +38 and they are 15x7. I think most suby wheels are +45, right. So would it be bad to go 7 mm to the negative? Are their spacers I could get? Any thing else that I mig...
