Re: SEA Trip - Dinner or something Friday (2/15) evening?

Southcenter is kind of a zoo on friday nights.. I was thinking maybe BBQ Petes in Kent, its right next to Boeing; plenty of parking but beer selection is kind of limited if that's your thing.

Re: car wont start, got spark but no fuel

I would check the timing, if you have spark and fuel pump is functional, it may just be slightly off

if the fuel pump is working proper and timing is off, it might be flooding the cylinder, do you smell any gas? Unplug the fuel pump and crank it good to clear it out if thats the case

Re: randomiams 1993 Legacy SS with bonus TW action within!

I adjusted the gap as Mike recommended, it may have contributed to a bit better performance lately; went from.044 to .038. Recirculation setup isn't 100% where I want it to be yet, so its atmospheric for a bit longer. I was getting better gas mileage as a late but I want to take a bit more time to d...

Re: Ever raced a car on a lake?! You should try it!

Any of you guys still interested in doing this?

I'm going. I'm gonna aim for the March 3rd date. I will likely crash up there the night before, so if anyone else is heading up, I propose that we meet up and grab a few brews etc.

I'm open to carpool/split gas costs alternate runs, too.

Attempted to defog/unhaze the headlights a bit more. I'm not sure it made much of a difference. I think these are close to my favorite OEM wheels: http://i1174.photobucket.com/albums/r604/patrownbowmahn/IMAG0042_zps49bd5307.jpg Silver 5x100 STI BBS would look good too.. but I must slow spending a bi...

Re: randomiams 1993 Legacy SS with bonus TW action within!

Its hooked up and recirculating with the stock BPV now; it does feel smoother and a bit more responsive, I'll double check my spark gap soon.

Its defaulting back to 5psi now, which has me a bit puzzled. No codes, most connections look good but I'm gonna go back over them soon.

Re: randomiams 1993 Legacy SS with bonus TW action within!

yeah, the engine bay fuses and fuses near ecu have been checked a few times now, same with those relays (the plugs.. you mentioned?)

Going to try a few things in daylight.. We'll see out it shakes out.. Don't want to wire a temporary solution, I'm sure I can solve this.

Meh, lets just call it 11am at Golden Gardens

I might have to stop by Beths for some morning grub beforehand.

I know I'll be meeting Mike, and Robert should be down

No idea what kind of a zoo that place will be on a sunny Sunday but whatever.

Oh.. wow. Running around with just downpipe is begging to get pulled over. Suprised they kept it as long as they did. I also swapped in a good key ignition assembly this weekend but its not 100% finished. What do you guys think about possibly adapting the outlet of a functional blow off valve to a h...

Bump. I'm down for a meet next weekend.. What day are we thinking? Fingers crossed we have an epic blizzard by then.

I like the idea of collective get togethers to help people fix things; Hopefully you get your head work done Robert.. Did you get that VF11?
