Hey Legacy dudes! Like driving fast? On snow and ice?! Ever tried it on a lake??!! Well that's what we do, I'm with the West Coast Rally Association (WCRA) based in British Columbia, Canada. Once or twice a year, we get access to a frozen lake that's a mere 3 hour drive from the border. It's all legal, insured, sanctioned etc. Our events are scheduled for January 20 and March 3 this year. We're on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/WCRA.Rallycross?ref=ts&fref=ts and our home website is: http://www.rallybc.com/RallyX/RallyX.htm

We also race in the dirt. Hope BC Several times a year, schedule for 2013 hasn't been set yet, keep watching our facebook and rallybc.com

$50 Canadian to try it out, it's cheaper when you buy the yearly memberships and come out all the time!
Ever raced a car on a lake?! You should try it!

Hmmm. I've always wanted to drive on a frozen lake. Only three hours from the border you say?
This might be worth getting a passport.

Any of you guys still interested in doing this?
I'm going. I'm gonna aim for the March 3rd date. I will likely crash up there the night before, so if anyone else is heading up, I propose that we meet up and grab a few brews etc.
I'm open to carpool/split gas costs alternate runs, too.
