VAN CITY- LETS MEET UP

I have seen probably 8 or 9 legacy's in the lower mainland in the past year, some of guys are probably on here. We need to get together and have a meet and photoshoot real soon. i know the summer is over but we drive awd and dont need sun to take some pics of our rides, fall is probably the best time of year.

please respond if you are from van, throw a pic of your car in if you like, and let's get er done.

all suggestions of locations and times are appreciated so we can all come up with something and get some great shots.

I just got my Leggy at the start of September so I haven't done anything to it yet..but a meet is a great idea.

I guess probably weekends are best for me, as for location I'm up for anywhere.

Count me in! I've seen a few other turbo Legacy cars around too. A green turbo wagon parked beside me the other day.

Also wondering if you anybody would be interested in trying out a plug-in performance chip for the factory ECU I helped to develop. It's going to be released for sale to the public this week.

I write my 92 wagon off and buy a 98.......am I still welcome???? Also I live up in Chase.....long drive.....would need lots of notice as I am also a single dad now. Anytime of year is ok.....AWD and no more tolls....YAY!!!!!! But only if I am welcome:).....I'd be into a chip as well......thats if it will work on the 98????

nice lookin cars guys,both seem to be in good condition as far as the body goes. throw some details in about these SS's, maybe where your from too!

we got three to start! and a 98, all cars are welcome but will do a shoot of all the cars and a shoot of legacy's.

Well let's see so far:
Coffee can mod, snorkel delete
3" stainless downpipe & catback
'02 WRX intercooler
HKS SSQV replica - recirculated
'02 WRX wheels
'02 WRX front brakes
Stainless brake hoses
'02 WRX 5-speed and diff
V7 STI front springs/struts
'03 WRX rear springs/struts
Subframe lock bolts
and of course prototype Revtronix Stage 1 chip - 13 psi baby!

In the near future (have all the parts waiting):
550cc STI injectors and fuel pump
JECS MAF or a Nissan MAF if I max that one out
VF22 turbo

The 98 might be tunable, its completely different from the SS ECU but worth a look!

I haven't done any mods to my Legacy yet..as you can tell one wheel is white, one silver!

I am in North Vancouver.

The 3 big upgrades I'm going to do are:

-New sound system (Deck, speakers, amp, sub, wiring)
-5% tint on the rear five windows (Apparently the tiny triangle windows count)
-Replace the current rims with 17" ones, and use the current rims for my snow tires (And paint the old rims all silver!)

i have pm'd everyone on the list in the vancouver area that has been on the site in the past 3 months, still waiting on a response from some,

what do you guys think for around the end of the month?

i know ther is a tonne of pacific north westers ridin legacy's, and all our welcome, that would be a huge meet if everyone from bc to washington to oregon all met up. i am still yet to meet a person with another legacy and talk with them and learn from them.

i kinda threw this together to see how many enthusiasts we have in van but it would be wicked to see all you guys too

end of october would be insane for me. Moving/overtime but I would try and squeeze myself in.

how about we forget about photoshoot and find a gravel road and beat the $hiata of our 15 years old cars??? my car doesn't really deserves to have pictures taken, unless you guys don't mind different color body panels, etc.

i actually seen one of your guys on the way back from whistler last year on the back of a trailer, it was winestone like mine too

I like the Cypress idea. There's that parking lot halfway up where we can line up the cars and get pictures with Vancouver in the background.
