DOHC info. needed

Post by logan9691 »

I'm looking into to getting some DOHC heads off of a 1997 legacy GT. I am wondering what else will need to be done to get these heads to work with the EJ22T block, will stock internals be ok or should i rebuild it. any suggestions are welcome.

thanks in advance.

The DOHC thread doesn't cover adding the oil/coolant passages to the USDM heads yet.

Essentially this is what you will need to do:

'93 Winestone SS Auto, '91 Pearl White SS.
'93 Pure White SS EJ20G slanty intercooled, SIDESWIPED! In stasis.
'94 FWD and '95 AWD Laguna Blue SVXs.

Pretty much, just the turbo oil return ( as shown by the pics), has to be "reworked".

Thanks for the visual Phyrra

Or you run it to the oil pan if you're not comfortable drilling into your cyl. head.
