I'd be interested in seeing a writeup for your custom grill, I'd really like to do one, as Im putting in a pair of Hella 550's behind it.

Also, it might be a good idea to wash it before you take pics :P

with seattle weather... its hard to keep it clean long enough to get pictures.

for the grill, its just a standard legacy grill with the crom peice, used a hacksaw blade to cut everything out, then used JB weld to cover up the holes from the lovers, sanded it with a 80grit drum on my dremal. then bondo, just enough to make it smooth, primer it and wet sand at 600 grit till guid coat is gone. then waz/grease remover it, and paint 2 coats of glacier white, 2 coats of cromabase clear.

they are Enkei's, unknown model, they are only 15's though, i got them with yoko's Avid brand new tires and lugnuts for $100.

ya thats the boat launch on alkai beach.
