Its a friend of mine here in MN. He doesn't post, but lurks once and a while. Of course he had to wait until he rode in my car before he decided on a turbo.
I'm curious how the .78 exhaust housing w/ the twin scroll works out. Next summer I want to get a set of those heads, and a larger snail may be in order.
it will work. even if its not paired correctly it stil has benifit. FAT in az did a "improper pair" using the cast iron and it still has a great benifit for the 40r their using

Derek said its paired back-two, front-two, as it should be, IIRC. His cell phone pics don't really tell all.
Either way, this thing should rip with those heads. He just needs a tranny. He's looking for a roasted auto tranny out of a turbo car BTW. I never realised the auto in the turbo car is beefier than NA cars. Since he rebuilds autos for a living, he's capable of making hold up a little better.
It runs now. Derek said those 2.5 DOHC heads really come alive at 4500rpm. He needs a standalone bad. The MAF translater Pro, although nice, limits him to the factory redline.
15psi at 36-3800 rpm is not to shabby for a 3076R and comp ratio in the low-mid 7's
heh i wish that was my car. but i wont be in that range of power for a while.
