^^^^^Thats frigin hilarious!! Good ole Lamar. Its scary to think of how old I am when I consider the fact that he was doing Reading Rainbow when I was just a squirt vegging out on PBS. And he hasnt changed a bit.
Anyway, I just asked a buddie of mine who is god of all things pc geek. He told me that it has to do with website builders/providers having to limit how many people can access the site at one time before the site crashes. Apparently any given website has only so much resource available at a given time. So to maximize the number of people viewing the site they limit how much of the available resource each individual can utilize thereby maximizing simultaneous user usage while decreasing performance on a individual basis.
Dont know if that made sence?

Well thank you for pointing out that like LAVAR I too am getting older and my memory grows dim. Unless of course your a Trekki in which case you probably have hair accessories for the featured bits on your "Halloween" costume.........not that I would know anything about that of course.
