This is what my car sounds like now...

I went mudding pretty hard when the motor was already in pretty horrible shape. I wanted to make sure that when the motor went, it would go when I'm having fun. Should I just let this one go and find a donor car for a "new" EJ22/EJ20?

No smoke from the exhaust. Smoke from one of the breathers in the engine bay. Still makes full (10 lbs) boost, but no power. LOUD knocking sound.

Here are some photos:

Unfortunately we didn't have any action shots. :\

It's no fun unless you get dirty too! We had a freaking BLAST!

No doubt. I don't plan on trashing it. I'll probably take a close look at it when I pull it and decide if I want to rebuild it or not. But I'll be putting a "new" engine in its place for sure.
