Refresh my memory, the turbo ECU from a 4EAT car and 5MT (TW vs SS) are exactly the same, right? There shouldn't be any issues swapping? What about the ECU pin which ID's it as manual or auto -- how would that change things?
Basically trying to figure out why the Revtronix chip isn't learning the fuel map still after ~500mi or pulling as hard as I think it should be. I swapped the ECU from the TW into the SS and wondering if it's the source of the issues. During the swap, the cases of both ECU's have the same model #.

What are you boosting? I have the revtronix as well and i am not pulling hard because im not getting better than wategate PSI.I have gone over shit time and time again and am starting to want to blame the programming of the chip itself.
94SS.Wiseco forged pistons,TD04,TMIC,WALBRO 225,440's,3" all the way, revtronix stage 2,enough other crap to fill the internet.

Well when all my hardware was in the TW, after a few hundred miles, I could feel the car start to pull harder. The AFRs also dropped from ~10-10.5 to 11.5 during WOT -- mine are still in the 10.5 range. Only mechanical difference is TW vs SS body and 4.11 vs 3.90 tranny. Otherwise, everything else performance wise is the same. I didn't even reset the ECU between swaps, hoping/thinking it would retain some learned characteristics.
Anyways, back to the top at hand -- swapping ECU's between TW and SS have underlying issues?
