I got a 06 tmic the guy blew his head gaskets amd i found out later the top mount had the milky water/oil sludge in it can i take the y pipe and bpv off and use a hose to wash the inside out? Or other suggestions. i figure if i can id probaly wanna let it dry for like a week just to make sure all the waters out. Please help i wamt to install but dont wamt to harm my engine. . Also maybe a link for the bpv adapter plates and the correct samco silicone y piping kit. I have the stock vf11.

Brake cleaner works well. You want to use a clorinated brake cleaner that does NOT have petroleum distillates in it. If you can't find one, a non-clorinated brake cleaner will work.

Should i flush out with water after that?

As long as it doesn't have petroleum distillates, it should dry clean. You may need to go through an entire can and do it a couple times to rinse it out.

If you want, you can use a degreaser and water afterwards if you think it still is a little slimey. Use a shop vac to suck air through the intercooler to help it dry. If you can hook up the hose to the exhaust side, it'll blow warm air through to help it dry.

y not dawn? works the balls... rinse it out a bunch of times then shop vac. if there's some residue from the soap then rinse and dry again

Trichlorethane is so carcinogenic it's retarded... I only use it when its absolutely necessary...

maybe try a radiator cleaning place? kinda the same principle and you could always blow it out with air or bake it try
