I have a sunroof glass out of a 91 LS Subaru for sale.
The glass is perfect shape; there is a small tear on the rubber about the size of a dime which was sealed up with silicon.

Pretty much the same stuff should work. Mid 90's Outback struts & springs would work too.

I got a set of 97 outback struts and springs, I am going to swap them onto my 91 Legacy. Are these direct bolt on? I hear conflicting reports about using them as is.

If you can handle the body work, then you have a steal on your hands. The smoke could be from a valve cover gasket leaking onto the up-pipe or a turbo issue. Getting a used turbo shouldn't hard at all, upgrading to a larger one would also be easy. A brand new 16g can be had for $700.
