I have the same problem with mine. And 3 months ago I had the alternator rebuild. Unfortunately I didn't have time to check the belt yet. I know it's old and cracked, but to make sure that is not loose or anything. What I plan on doing is, as soon as I see the lights flashing again, I will pull over...

One big box of plastic plus two pipes in the passanger fender. It keeps some "dust" out. One pipe takes air from inside the fender...to the plastic box, the ather pipe takes the air to the air filter box. If you take the air box out, you'll see the pipe going down. As i was discussed before in some ...

When I put the coffe mug into my car I droped the resonator by mistake so I can take some pics of the inside if you guys are interested. It slpited right in the midle so it's fixable. The mileage didn;t improve...although...6-7000 rpm ...you can't tell any difference, right? But the sound is awsome....

And if it is possible...wouldn't that look like piston rings are gone? (except that the compression would be good) I mean, wite smoke, dro...

I did a compression test a while back just because. I got between 185-190psi in all cylinders. That's actually a bit high; I attribute that to excess carbon buildup that these motors are famous for.
