ok thanks i went to the mall last night and i custome ordered some books

oh what would be the best hardener cuase some of them have time limits for curing maybe the 120 min one would be best for me

ok i got the part with the making of the mold which would be fiberglass and useing the carnuba wax as a release got that

but the part with the layed 45 degree angel part kinda threw me off abit if u could explain alittle more about that i didnt understand what the purpose was of that

ive read some tutorials on the resins and the hardeners it doesnt seem difficult i just need alittle info on making the molds

these are some ideas i had

like maybe take the skeleton out of the hood and that would then make it a female mold right

or do i have to make it out of some kinda ...

ok but still i can still use the hood to make a female mold right?

do you absolutly need a mold cause im gonna do like u said and expirient with little projects but like if i wanted to make a carbon fiber hood could i just lay the carbon cloth on the hood(hood detached of course) and just lay it like that or do i absolutly have to make a ...

im at the site that sells the materials i need but i need to know how wide the rolls of fiber u get ?

i really wanna do this but im not doughting u just from what i seen the person i seen do it put it into a bag and vuccummed it and then put into a oven and it was carbon fiber when it was done it looked really nice what kinda resin would i need and hardner and where could i buy the carbon cloth ...

im just curiouse as to hard it is to lay carbon fiber if its not that hard i was gonna maybe buy a book on it to study how to lay and cure the epoxy and such i seen it done once it looked kinda easy but all they were doing was makeing something for a huge rocket engineif its not that hard i wanna ...

oh yeah most deffinitly alot of the ones i found were remanufactured ,i try to get as much info as possible the guy told me he could get remanufactured the cheaper ones were used

i found some kyb agx's adjustable struts im thinking of going with those and a set of eibach spring's with a 1'' drop what u guys think?

yea ok but whats the miles on the tranny are they in good shape the ones i found looked brand new cause they pull them out clean them and put them in a warehouse besides im not driving to mary land to a pick and pull for all i know those trannies could have 200k miles on them before they were junked ...

it would be better if he just looked alittle harder for the fwd tranny i found a bunch of fwd 5mt trannies cheapest one was 650$ and it had 50k miles on it i also found some with lower miles but the price was like 700-750$

i found a bunch of FWD trannies today from a used auto parts supplier down the street from me and none of the tranny's were 75 bucks im not sure where you got that price from but none of the junk yards around me were 75 either the lowest FWD 5mt at my local used auto parts warehouse had 50k miles on ...

would the awd even bolt up in place of the fwd tranny ?

hi guy's quik question how easy is it to replace the wheel bearings cuase im gonna need to replace my axles to but my bearings are shot to hell

ok i know that the opening in the rear where the drive shaft hooks up to the rear of the tranny when u install the tranny on a fwd my question is about that hole not about the gears (the opening in the rear of the tranny) do u leave it open or cover it some how?

still though what about that opening in the end? wouldnt oil leak out that opening while driving or if your driving and u hit a rock or what ever and knock that seal out what then lol?
