That would be called leverage. Boss goes apeshit again, shrug your shoulders and move on. If he needs you around that badly, shrug your shoulders and get more money out of him. If not, you got that welding job ahead of you.

Very true. It isn't so much the breaking stuff. Money would be coming out of my pocket for a car new or used. Only problem is I am currently living off a substitute teacher's salary and the school year is about to end. Once I find a full time job, I'll be able to give the car the attention it deserv...

Thanks to all those who replied, read or thought to themselves "it's mofos like this that drives all the decent members out of here." Ended up with the drilling option. It popped right out, eventually, and had to switch to a 1/4" inch long bolt. Thanks to everyone for helping to keep ...

Sacrilege to use a mountain dew bottle in that way. My problem isnt the tank itself, that's in great shape. The bolt that attaches it to the radiator snapped when i was trying to take it off and now is stuck there. Was just trying to find a quick and easy way to put it back without having to try to ...

Yeah, I did mean that one. One of these days, if i last as a legacy owner, I'll get those names right. Ok, so now we have determined that it is necessary, can it be anchored elsewhere in the engine bay with the stock tube running into it? All this to avoid trying to get rid of the remnant of that bo...

Coolant Resevoir tank necessary?

I was taking this fine afternoon to check to remove and refresh my coolant resevoir tank and the bolt holding it in snapped. One half is still in place with the head half in my hand. So before I try my damnest to remove the still engaged half, i want to ask: just how necessary is the resevoir tank i...

Ton- thanks, i'll remember that for next time.

Fulton- Pretty sure then it isn't oem. My remote has two buttons, one with one line and the other with two lines. The one line button works both lock and unlock. Never quite figured out what the second button did.

No switch. Just the red blinking light on the left of the steering wheel. I honestly don't know if it is oem. I know my transisters are from Omega. Not sure if that helps any.

Where is the valet switch?

1994 Turbo Wagon. A little more info. After calling the 1800 number on the back of the transmitter, it belongs to Omega Research and Development. Not sure if it is OEM but thought that might help. Ever since I got the car in december my remote entry has been a joke. After doing work on the car this ...

I think with something like this if you are gonna white out everything else you should have a white/black badge in either pattern. Not a fan of pink in any form, except for Pink, but a black on white would really stand out.

Well mechanic looked at it today. Looks like it is the head gasket. Car isn't overheating, yet. He dropped some sort of pellets down into the engine, don't know specifics. The pellets are supposed to help with the crack in the gasket. And since I lack the $$$, the knowledge to do it myself and someo...

With the mileage aspect I guess what suprises me most is the difference between city and highway. I figured both would be significantly diminished.

My mileage has been craptastic, at least for the "city mileage" half. When I have driven long distances, couple hours of highway driving, I'll get about 18 mpg or so. City driving, which is the most of what I do since both jobs are about or less than 5 miles away, i get a Hana-esque 8mpg a...

Gotta say I am glad I voted for changing it. Didn't want to search for your post with the pics, but with the tints that will be a very nice unified color for the upper half of your car. I would do it if I had the wherewithal.
