Re: 1993 Legacy Parts - Please buy them all ...

AXLE:

FedEx Ground (Home) quotes $12.00 shipping to a business address but if you need home delivery ... it's $14.00 . Both services are saying around 3 business day in transit.

Private message me your offer and I'll ship it Saturday morning if we agree.

Re: 1993 Legacy Parts - Please buy them all ...

This is from a wagon. I bought that particular taillight from a wrecker in beautiful condition (I don't see any swirls) for $110 ... but I know I'm not going to get that, and I'm okay with it.

Just make an offer I can't refuse, add on $8.00 for shipping and it's yours.

1993 Legacy Parts - Please buy them all ...

I have a bunch of extra parts from a 1993 Subaru Legacy I'd like to sell. They're taking up too much space. While I will not give them away ... I'm also not looking for absolute top dollar. Make me an offer you can't refuse and guesstimate some shipping from Pittsburgh, PA, 15223. If it's worth my t...

Parting out 1993 Legacy AWD Wagon Auto (White Ext/Blue Int)

Pittsburgh, PA (Shaler) 1993 Subaru Legacy AWD LS - White Exterior, Blue Interior, 188,000 babied miles. ABS, A/C, PW, PL. What's wrong: Torque converter went out making it essentially undrivable. Wheel bearings bad with rust damage making it just too much to rebuild. Bought a new car. If you want t...

I've run them on a 93

I actually wanted to get into a longer-wearing tire that would increase top-speed fuel efficiency and ride comfortably. I found 195-75's fit the bill. I was only able to find them in 'standard touring'. I can tell you that I've really not noticed any difference in their handling. They don't rub or a...

Hit from Behind - Need Gate and Right Taillight

1993 Subaru Legacy Wagon Hey gang. My wife's car was nailed by a motorcyclist who didn't see her stopped. She's fine but the subie's gate was squished. Glass gone, dents galore. Parts I need: (1) Passenger side taillight assebmly. The lens and internal unit and all. (2) A complete tailgate in good c...

93/94 ZEXEL A/C Condenser Repair Tutorial

I don't know if this is useful, but it may be so I thought I'd detail my effort for the potential benefit of others. =) I replaced my condenser because my oil and refrigerant had leaked out of my condenser where now only oily-dirt-clogs remained. I'll only guarantee this works on a 1993 ZEXEL A/C sy...

It still won't fix the spongy feeling that i get. It brakes better if I pump the pedal. I had the spongy-feel and "pump to get solid feel" on my car as well. Suspecting an air bubble, I bled twice, and changed the master cylinder to no effect. My fix: Turned out to be frozen slide pins on...

It's $11 from Chaplin Subaru (Jamie). She could help you with the part number for the correct color code. If not let me know (don't ask how I found out :-D ) Mine is, er, was definitely blue. Hey, if you can get the P/N for me for the different color codes that would help me as well as others out. ...

WTB - Little Blue Trim piece... =)

Looking to get the little blue trim triangle on the driver's side that sits on the interior of the car opposite the sideview mirror.

Anyone have it? My wife cracked it off somehow. Repair is essentially a PITA. Rather have the part.

TIA,
Chris

Windshield "Reveal Molding" removal?

Hey kids. The top part of the rubber windshield "reveal molding" on the 93 wagon is bubbled up and looks like there's some rust in there. It's leaking water inside (quite a lot at times). My wife is not happy and therefore I need to go to code RED! The parts sheet I have calls this: PN 560...

WTB - 1993 Front Driver's Side Exterior Door Handle

Need a white one, but if you are willing to let it go really cheap I'd consider painting it. Look at this link to see mostly what it should look like: * EDIT * As noted below by HomeSlice, the handle below is exactly what I need EXCEPT that it has the "Keyless Entry" which I do not have. h...

A/C Pulsing - is this normal?

1993 Legacy Wagon Symptom: When the A/C is turned on, the compressor will pulse/release in a regular cycle: ENGAGED 8 seconds DISENGAGED 10 seconds (times are guesstimates based on memory) Now, I had a rental Ford Focus that would disengage the A/C compressor clutch when you hit the throttle hard or...

Testamonial - Whiteline Endlinks

I suspected the slop, cliclks, and clunks when going over pothles and mild drops (4" into driveway) were due to the worn endlinks in the front. I looked into stock replacements and they were $37.22 apiece. Well, the stock bushings had failed rather miserably, and I wanted something more durable ...

Yes, but then you have a 90-94 tranny, before the numerous improvements. I want to see which trannies newer than 1994 will fit as well. Rather than stick a 1992 tranny with 110K on it, I want to see if the 1997 transmission with 57K on it will work, or the 2001 with 34K on it... etc. I'm thinkin' ne...

Yeah... wouldn't it be nice? So let's collect the data here! I've been through a lot of suggenstions (Legacy777 and cipher earned a ton of thanks) but have never really known if THIS would fit THAT. It seems that the 4EAT transmission is essentially just refined from time to time, and never really c...

Hey gang. The 1993 Legacy Wagon had its air-suspension removed and replaced with standard struts before we bought it (yay). However, I have noticed that the compressor still engages and runs. All I needed was the nod from Scott; I'll give the larger rubber donuts a go.
