EJ20G -92, valve lifters (HLA) click, some questions.

Because of the fact that it ...

I just felt that I had pointed out in my original post that I had done my homework, and then finding someone coming here and pointing the stick at me, well, it just didn't feel right.
Will have a look at the clutch, thanks for the ...

EJ20G, engine pull and rebuild, some questions!
Hi there!
Been reading on these forums for quite some time, ever since I bought my -92 Subaru Legacy Turbo back in march last year.
For a while now, I've had 2 problems with my beloved Subbie:
1. Oilleak from engine onto exhaust, and
2. A valve-lifter that knocks some when the car is cold.
Now, a ...

Alternator given up?
Hi there! Quite new to this board and to the world of Subarus, but I really need some expert guidance here...
About 4 months ago, I bought myself a -92 Subaru Legacy Turbo. Great car, and I was very pleased with it.
Well, today I got my drivers license back after the police having it for nearly 3 ...

Ok, thanks about that.
Now, if I want to remove my steeringwheel (since it seems to be easier in the long run and "safer" too...), do you have any tips about getting it off? I've never found a good way to remove a steeringwheel, always just brute force (on older cars), but I don't want to use too ...

Hi there guys!
First time poster here on the site, hopefully not the the last post! :)
I bought myself a Subaru Legacy Turbo 4WD -92 about 3 months ago, and I've really had a joyful experience since!
When I bought the car, I also got myself a Haynes Service Book for it, because I know how useful ...
