Okay, just to update this. Stuck a magnet on a spare camber bolt and they are HIGHLY magnetic and just as heavy as the stock 14mm bolts. I guess the ebay ad just made some crap up. They are definitely steel.

That's why I wouldn't use them in the front, with all that weight. I don't think it would matter much in the rear.

Oh sorry, 304 series stainless steel has a hardness rating of 150. Guess that's not too far off. So yeah, just be carefull putting those bad boys in if you happen to get a set like that. I personally wouldn't do it on the front though, I don't care what they are made of.

You just got to go easy installing them as they are aluminum alloy, not steel. aluminum????? That's what I thought at first, but I went back and according to the description of the actual set I bought , "They are made of lightweight T6061 T6 aluminum aircraft grade metal which is CNC machined....

I got a set on the rear of my 98 Legacy dropped 2.5" on coilovers and they put the camber back to stock for me (for tire wear). You just got to go easy installing them as they are aluminum alloy, not steel. Also, the nut should only be torqued once. If you gotta adjust them again, get a new nut.

Yep, I got the single-port exhaust 2.2 from 98 w/ 216,000 miles. No problems at all. Changed the knock sensor and that's it besides regular maint. items, and she runs like a champ. I would recommend the 2.2 to anyone looking for a trouble-free (albeit slow) engine with decent gas mileage.
