I tried unpluggin that fuse for a couple of hours but no difference in the shiftin.

i'm not really sure where to find the ecu and tcu units. I looked under the dash on the steering column where it was suggested to be but didn't see it. I've heard the ecu is behind the radio in the dash? and to clean them would i be just checking the terminal connections for the usual bad connection...
