There's a subie roaming around my town.. Yellow wagon, chopped like that, but it has a home-made convertible top thingy.... Yellow car with tan top... If the top is automatic, it'd be sweet, but I sort of doubt it... no one that smart around where I live.

Maybe.. there is a black metal thing mounted on the passenger side of the console in the 'foot bay' at about shin height... It is round and has a threaded hole in it... I didn't think those 2 things were related... maybe so, though...

Sound about right?

There is a strange black box underneath my driver seat. It is about 8" square and abou 1.5" thick. It has 2 RF cables (like cable television cables) going into it as well as a 25-pin connector. There is also a mounting bracket on the floor for it. I have no idea what it is. I searched the ...

I contacted a former Subaru dealer and they said that it probably needs replaced.... I will try to adjust it first, if that doesn't work ill buy the part and replace it... Has anyone replaced the hill holder assembly? Is this something I can do myself? I've done my fair share of mechanic work before...
