Thanx, is there an easy way to tell if the springs are worn out? Or, is this not usually the case?

I am looking at doing the same job to my 1990 L wagon. I KNOW the struts are toast but was wondering if I should also put new springs in? The struts are prolly original. I saw great photo post that documented the strut replacement. But, the poster in that thread, Josh?, also put Imprezza springs in ...

4EAT slipping or just slow shift?
'90 wagon, only 117k miles. It sat mostly idle for 5 or 6 years before my dad gave it to me. It runs great and has made me a believer. The only real issue is when the tranny shifts from 2nd to 3rd it seems to either slip or just take a while. It does not seem like a classic slip cuz the rpm does not...

I have the "power" locks. I have done the "fix" on the remote. But, when I close the driver door it still locks and the key will not open it. The cylinder only turns a little. You can see the rocker trying to move and can also see the rocker is not fully depressed either. I have ...
