Blew a coolant line, Overheated the car
I blew a coolant line after installing my WRX IC. Now after fixing it my car seems to heat up pretty quick and not cool down. I do see some bubbles in the coolant resevoir also.
Did I blow my head gasket?
The Things we will do for more power...
Thanks
Please help?

I once again tried to fit My WRX IC. I kept ending up about 1/4" too high still. finally got it to drop down far enough and now I need to connect the IC to the turbo. What kind of flexible hose did you use? I may go this route since the OEM Y-pipe sits a little lower than the turbo outlet? any ...

Put your BOV bypass hose back on and plug it back into the rubber intake elbow where you attached you new intake.. This way you are still running a Bypass valve for the air to recirculate back into the turbo( I think that is right). My Saab IC setup works pretty well besides the ghetto rigged IC pip...

Legacy Punk, please send pics when you have them. I'm trying to figure out if I want to take out my AC for a WRX IC. I am really interested in your IC pipe setup because of the lack of space in there and how the Turbo is clocked at an awkward angle. I fit my Saab IC but it is kind of ghetto rigged. ...

GC8 Sideskirts on BC-BF legacy?? I think they will fit
Well I matched up some WRX sideskirts to my 91 legacy turbo tonight and they are about an inch 1 1/2" too short. I had this same problem w/ my GF8 Wagon when I got some other previously owned WRX sideskirts. They were exactly the same length too short. so it looks as if the GC/GF sideskirts wou...

I'm fitting my 45 deg silicone tube this week. trying to figure out how to get the Turbo outlet to fit the silicone tube since it about 1.5" and the Saab IC outlet is 2.25", then to figure out the joint for the Bypass valve/DV valve whatever it is? Any suggestions turbo gurus? Putting in a...

Did you keep your AC? I'm gonna try the hose I got today w/ one of the IC ports blocked off. Would you mind taking a picture of you IC installed and emailing me a picture? I would like to see how the Perrin hoses fit? I just think the passenger IC port will hit my AC line. I found out we can run the...

Were you able to fit the entire WRX IC in there w/ both IC outlet pipes. I'm gonna try and fit mine w/ only one IC outlet(Drivers side) and see if I can have an exhaust shop make a piece to cover up the other outlet. I looked at my WRX coolant tank. I don't know how its gonna fit but it has all the ...

I tried to fit both of my intercoolers today(Saab 900/ WRX IC) I actually got the WRX intercooler to fit in the engine bay. I haven't closed the hood yet. I didn't even get rid of the A/C. I'm gonna see if I can have one of the intercooler ports(Near the A/C side) covered up and blocked and use just...
